My son has had Tourette's syndrome since he was 5 years old. We went to a neurologist

and he was put on medication for Tourette's and ADHD. His body knew this wasn't right

for him and made him worse. He actually couldn't function on this medication. He had

verbal and physical ticks, which were sounds and movements involuntary. We switched

our diet slowly to only whole grains without any preservatives. This helped but more was
